The album by George Dalaras called Rembetika Tis Katohis (Rembetika of the Occupation), is a modern recording of the best songs from that period. My favorite is 'Saltadoros' by Michalis Genitsaris.The song is about stealing fuel cans from the back of German military trucks during the Nazi occupation.
